Fix sign-in and access problems
The email did not arrive
Confirm the address, check spam and filtered folders, wait a few minutes, then request a new link. Corporate filtering can delay automated messages.
The link expired or was already used
Return to Asset Grove and request a new sign-in link. Open only the newest unused message on the Mac where Asset Grove is running.
The browser did not return to the app
Allow macOS to open Asset Grove when prompted. If nothing happens, return to the app and select Refresh access.
A paid plan is missing
Confirm that sign-in and checkout used the same email. Open Settings > General > Access and refresh. Then verify the subscription in the secure customer portal.
If access still does not appear, contact billing@assetgrove.app with the account email and a plain-language description. Do not send card numbers, sign-in links, tokens, or passwords.
