Fix export and storage problems
Export skipped or failed
Confirm each source drive is online and the original opens. Confirm the destination is writable and has free space. Review the collision policy: Skip can be expected behavior when a name already exists. Retry after correcting the source or destination.
If many unrelated files fail, export to a new folder on a known-writable local drive to isolate the problem.
Asset Grove uses too much disk space
Open Library Health to review derived storage. Use the provided reclamation action instead of deleting app files manually. Reclaimed analysis artifacts may need to be rebuilt later, but originals remain untouched.
Also review:
- The number and size of active library locations.
- Where local intelligence is stored.
- Video proxy settings and existing proxy rebuilds.
- Free space on every connected drive.
