Analysis is paused, waiting, or not starting
Check these in order:
- Open the pipeline card and read the current status.
- In Settings > Processing, confirm the schedule is not Manual unless intended.
- If Pause on battery is enabled, connect power and leave Low Power Mode.
- Open Settings > Intelligence and confirm Grove Vision, Grove Listen, and Grove Find are ready.
- Reconnect and reauthorize any external drive used for the library or intelligence storage.
- Confirm free space on the intelligence, catalog, and source drives.
- Select Analyze or retry the specific needs-review item.
The first Grove Vision load can take up to three minutes. A large queue may also wait for idle or overnight conditions.
If one file repeatedly fails while others finish, confirm that macOS can decode it and leave the rest of the queue running.
